Long Island City Demographics
Prepared by the Long Island City Partnership in Concert with DANTH, Inc.

LIC Partnership and DANTH LLC have gathered information about LIC’s demographics, retail markets, workforce, transportation assets, office buildings, new residential projects, hotels and art establishments. 

The information is available for all of LIC as well as for each of its three main commercial corridors: Jackson Avenue, Queens Plaza, and Vernon Blvd.  Information related to site selection includes maps and tables showing: workforce demographics; 5-, 10-, and 20-minute drive shed maps with potential customer demographics; and subway station ridership and traffic counts.
